A Transport Workers Union Local 100 employee, Jaime M. English, was fatally shot on the evening of Monday, February 12th, inside a crew room at 14th Street and Seventh Avenue in Manhattan. English, who had been a Collecting Agent with the union since 2001, was a husband and father.
