In the autumn of 2020, the city of Albany was grappling with a surge in violence, and on the evening of September 23rd, another life was tragically cut short. Jimmy Moore, a 37-year-old man, was at the corner of First Street and Lexington Avenue when he was shot multiple times. The incident occurred around 7:25 p.m., a time when the neighborhood should have been settling into the evening's routines.
