Cheyenne E. Farewell, a 20-year-old from Medina, New York, tragically lost her life on October 17, 2020, in Lockport, New York. Cheyenne was attending a Halloween party with friends at a residence on South Niagara Street when the incident occurred. The party, which was meant to be a festive gathering, turned into a scene of horror when gunfire erupted.
