Stephanie Rene Excell, a 26-year-old resident of Utica, New York, passed away unexpectedly on December 4, 2014. Born on August 25, 1988, in Wirl, Germany, she was the daughter of Charles Antalek and Kathleen Wollheater. Stephanie served her country with honor in the United States Army from 2008 to 2012, including tours of duty in Afghanistan and Korea.
