In the quiet borough of Staten Island, a long-term relationship came to a tragic and violent end, leaving a community in shock. Rosetta Fradella, a 68-year-old woman, was found deceased in her home on Spruce Street on the morning of December 9, 2015. Her life was cut short by a man she had spent two decades with, her ex-boyfriend, 71-year-old Salvatore Piscopo.
