In the autumn of 2019, a Staten Island community was shaken by the tragic death of 38-year-old Nikia Webster. On the morning of October 24th, police responded to a 911 call and discovered Webster inside her Mariners Harbor home with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. A mother of two teenage sons, her sudden and violent death left her family and neighbors in a state of shock and disbelief.
