In the early morning hours of a Tuesday in the Bronx, tragedy struck 36-year-old Dashan Carver. On November 17, 2020, at approximately 2:20 a.m., Carver was in front of 341 E. 194th Street when he was approached by at least one individual. In a sudden act of violence, a firearm was discharged, and Carver was struck in the torso.
