On a Sunday morning in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the quiet of the early hours was broken by a discovery at a bus stop on Plank Road. It was there that 32-year-old Christopher Wayne Wheeler, a male, was found shot to death on October 16, 2016. The Baton Rouge Police were called to the scene at approximately 8:30 a.m., where they found Wheeler already deceased.
