Father of 3 shot during a robbery
Rene Alvarez, aged 39, was killed in a shooting on November 13, 2011, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Originally from El Salvador, Rene was a construction worker and a father of three. The incident occurred in the early hours at a local Latin club in Baton Rouge where Rene was present. A suspect, described as a black male, entered the club with a gun, demanding money.
