Travis Harris, a 34-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on November 7, 2013, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was a native and resident of Baton Rouge, remembered by those close to him as a caring and loving individual. At the time of his death, Harris was employed as a laborer and had attended Capitol High School. He was also a father, leaving behind a child.
