On a November evening in 2013, Travis Schandell Harris, a 34-year-old man, was fatally shot in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on November 7th at the Kings Court Apartments on Dougherty Drive. Responding officers found Harris unresponsive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds near a stairwell in the apartment complex.
