In the quiet of a Wednesday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 22-year-old Joshua Morgan was tragically cut short. On October 25, 2017, in the 2300 block of Ralph Street, near the intersection with Barksdale Street, gunshots shattered the evening calm around 10 p.m. When law enforcement arrived at the scene, they discovered Morgan had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead.
