Robert Detiege, 38, male, was found shot to death inside an apartment on Longridge Avenue in Baton Rouge on the evening of October 22, 2025. Police were called around 5:15 p.m. to the 11000 block near South Sherwood Forest Boulevard and South Harrell's Ferry, where an argument inside the residence had escalated into gunfire. Detiege died at the scene, and his killing was later recorded among Baton Rouge's gun fatalities for that date.
