Death by Force

On February 17, 2025, 32-year-old African American man David Chambers III was fatally shot in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. while he was inside his vehicle at a convenience store on Plank Road. After being shot, Chambers managed to drive to the intersection of North 23rd Street and Birch Street, where he was later pronounced dead.
