In the parking lot of the Reserve at White Oak Apartments in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a young man's life was cut short over a firearm. On April 30, 25-year-old David Turley III, known to his loved ones as 'Trey,' was fatally shot. He was rushed to a hospital in critical condition but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
