On a Thursday night in October 2016, the life of 26-year-old Leonard Moses was cut short in a burst of gunfire on Tullis Drive in New Orleans. The shooting, which occurred around 9 p.m. in the 6100 block of the street, not only claimed Moses's life but also left two others wounded. One of the additional victims was another 26-year-old male, and tragically, the other was a mere 6-month-old infant boy.
