In the late summer of 2019, a dispute at an entertainment lounge in a small Arkansas community escalated to a fatal conclusion, leaving one man dead and another facing a murder charge. The victim was identified as Tony O. Brown, a 41-year-old male from Pine Bluff. The events leading to his death unfolded in the early morning hours of Sunday, September 1, outside of the J&J Lounge located in the Haynes community of Lee County, an area situated between the cities of Marianna and Forrest City.
