On May 4, 2021, Justin Massey, a 40-year-old resident of Rossie, NY, was found dead in a home located at 580 County Route 18 in Richville, NY. The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office responded to a call reporting a burglary in progress at approximately 2:30 a.m. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Massey with a fatal gunshot wound.
