In the Seventh Ward of New Orleans, a Sunday evening in November of 2016 turned tragic for two men. Leslie Michael Butler, a 31-year-old male, was killed by gunfire on November 6th. The incident that claimed Butler's life also resulted in the death of another individual, Arthur Deland Caldwell, who was also 31 years old.
