Father of 2 shot multiple times
In the afternoon hours of Saturday, January 28, 2012, a burst of violence cut short the life of Major Bonner III, a 25-year-old African-American man, in New Orleans. The father of two was discovered outside of a red pickup truck near the intersection of Washington Avenue and South Broad Street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
Authorities were called to the scene at approximately 4 p.m. where they found Bonner.
