On March 23, 2017, Anthony Kelly, aged 23, was found lying in the street in the 5000 block of Louisa Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was discovered around 1:20 p.m. and taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His death was caused by gunshot wounds, and it was determined to be a homicide.
