Norvon Gauff, an 18-year-old African American male from Garyville, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2017. The incident occurred around 3 p.m. in the 300 block of Fig Street in Garyville. Upon arrival, deputies found Norvon Gauff in the street, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency services, he succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. The motive behind the shooting remains under investigation.
