In the early morning hours of a summer day in the Bronx, the life of Billy David Wynn, a 25-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On July 15, 2021, at approximately 12:20 a.m., Wynn was found with a gunshot wound to the head directly in front of his apartment building located at 1150 College Avenue in the Concourse Village neighborhood.
