On November 4, 2019, Noel Irizarry, a 31-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred at approximately 1:40 PM at the intersection of East 157th Street and Elton Avenue within the confines of the 40th Precinct. Police responded to a 911 call reporting two males shot at the location. Upon arrival, officers discovered Irizarry unconscious and unresponsive with gunshot wounds to his head and leg.
