In the Bronx, a life was tragically cut short on a Monday afternoon. Noel Irizarry, a 31-year-old man, was shot and killed on November 4, 2019. The fatal encounter unfolded around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of East 157th Street and Elton Avenue in the Melrose section of the borough.
