Derrick Zeigler Dixon, a 32-year-old resident of Wyandanch, New York, tragically lost his life on July 21, 2021. Derrick was found shot multiple times in a rear lot behind a group of stores on Straight Path in Wyandanch. The incident occurred around 11:38 a.m., following a 911 call reporting the shooting. Upon arrival, Suffolk County police officers discovered Derrick with multiple gunshot wounds.
