Eirvin Monroe, a 32-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on August 1, 2021. Monroe was gunned down in a drive-by shooting while sitting in his car outside a Dunkin' Donuts store on Ralph Avenue in the Canarsie neighborhood. The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m., and Monroe was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
