Keegan Whitley, aged 42, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2021, in Rochester, NY. The incident occurred near Primrose Street and Flower City Park, close to Sacred Heart Cathedral. According to reports, Whitley was shot once in the back after being chased for at least a quarter of a mile. The shooting happened around 10:15 p.m., and it was a shocking event for the local community.
