In the late summer of 2021, the life of Keegan Whitley, a 42-year-old man from Rochester, New York, was tragically cut short. On August 28th, Whitley was pursued for approximately a quarter-mile before being fatally shot at the intersection of Flower City Park and Primrose Street.
