On a Thursday afternoon in the Bronx, tragedy struck 42-year-old Alfred Johnson. It was October 7, 2021, at approximately 2:25 PM, when police responded to a 911 call reporting a person shot at the intersection of River Avenue and East 151st Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Mr. Johnson with a gunshot wound to his chest. Emergency medical services rushed him to Lincoln Hospital, but his life could not be saved, and he was pronounced deceased.
