In the early morning hours of Monday, May 26, 2025, a sudden act of violence shattered the pre-dawn quiet on a street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. Jeremiah Griffiths, an 18-year-old male from Marine Park, was walking along Myrtle Avenue when the unthinkable happened.
