On a Sunday evening in East Harlem, a conversation between acquaintances turned deadly, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Jayquann Francis, a 23-year-old male, was speaking with two individuals at the corner of East 110th Street and Madison Avenue on November 14, 2021. The interaction took a fatal turn at approximately 7:41 p.m. when one of the individuals suddenly drew a gun and shot Francis in the head.
