Jayquann Francis, a 23-year-old resident of East Harlem, Manhattan, was tragically killed on November 14, 2021. He was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head at the corner of East 110th Street and Madison Avenue. Responding officers discovered him unconscious and unresponsive, and he was subsequently transported to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
