Shawn Lee Patilla, a 49-year-old Black male, tragically died on February 4, 2018, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found lying in the middle of the Oakland Park Bar & Grill at 1427 Oakland Park Avenue, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Grant Medical Center, he was pronounced deceased at 12:06 a.m. on February 5, 2018.
