Aaron Vernell Higgs, aged 43, was tragically killed on February 6, 2022, in Utica, NY. The incident occurred outside the Fastrac convenience store located at 1800 Genesee Street. Higgs was seated in the front passenger seat of a car when he was shot in the back of the head.
