Jose A. Hernandez, a 40-year-old resident of Brentwood, New York, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2022, in Central Islip. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:45 a.m., outside the La Hookita De Alberto Hookah Lounge located at 1126A Suffolk Avenue.
