In the summer of 2022, a promising young life was tragically cut short on the streets of Harlem, New York. Fourteen-year-old Justin Streeter, a Black male, had recently moved with his family to Plainfield, New Jersey, in search of a safer environment, away from the very violence that would ultimately claim him. On the afternoon of July 19th, Justin was back in his old neighborhood to say his goodbyes, visiting grandparents and friends.
