On July 19, 2022, 14-year-old Justin Streeter was tragically shot and killed in East Harlem, New York. Justin had recently moved with his family from the Manhattan neighborhood to Plainfield, New Jersey, in search of a better life away from the violence of the city. On the day of the incident, Justin returned to his old neighborhood to say goodbye to friends and family.
