In the early morning hours of October 28, 2022, a grim discovery was made on a quiet street in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. Inside a parked car at the corner of Crown Street and Franklin Avenue, police found 44-year-old Tracey Alicia Samaroo, a female resident of East Flatbush, who had been fatally shot in the head.
