Elvin Raylund Johnson Jr., an 18-year-old from Glen Burnie, Maryland, was tragically found dead on November 11, 2001. His body was discovered in the parking lot of the Cloverleaf Business Park, located in the 8200 block of Cloverleaf Drive, Millersville, Maryland.
