In the early morning hours of November 11, 2001, the body of 18-year-old Elvin Raylund Johnson Jr. was discovered in a parking lot of the Cloverleaf Business Park in Millersville, Maryland. The young man, a resident of Glen Burnie, had sustained trauma to his upper body, and his death was ruled a homicide. Evidence found at the scene suggested that an altercation had taken place.
