Edmund Akofio-Sowah, aged 45, tragically passed away on January 26, 2005, in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland. He was found shot in the head inside a taxi cab on Margaret’s Drive in Capitol Heights. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. Edmund was a beloved husband, father, and son, leaving behind his wife Ruth Ann Akofio-Sowah, five children, and numerous siblings and relatives.
