On an April evening in 2007, the life of 22-year-old Janae Quanique Giles was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. On April 10th, at approximately 9:36 p.m., Giles and a companion, 22-year-old Delante Bruce Johnson, were discovered shot inside a car in the 4000 block of 23rd Parkway in Temple Hills, Maryland. Both Giles and Johnson were pronounced dead at the scene, their deaths marking a grim double homicide for Prince George's County.
