Detectives identified her boyfriend, 44-year-old Kevin Lorenzo Jackson of Suitland, as the individual believed to be responsible for her death. After more than a year on the run, authorities located Kevin Lorenzo Jackson in Orange County, Florida. He was taken into custody and subsequently charged with first and second-degree murder, as well as other related offenses, in connection with the death of Kimberly Page. Following his arrest, Jackson awaited extradition back to Maryland to face the charges brought against him.
