Virginia Velasco, aged 72, tragically passed away on March 12, 2014, in Temple Hills, Maryland. The circumstances surrounding her death were part of a deeply distressing incident. Virginia and her husband, Armando Velasco, also 72, were found deceased in their home on Winston Street.
