In the quiet community of Fort Washington, Maryland, the life of 16-year-old Marquis Emmanuel Davis was tragically cut short on the night of June 10, 2011. That evening, shortly after 11:00 PM, Prince George's County police officers were dispatched to the 11100 block of John Paul Jones Avenue following a report of a shooting.
