On the evening of November 25, 2011, a tragic event unfolded in Adelphi, Maryland, leading to the death of 38-year-old Carlos Fernandez-Ramirez. A resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, Fernandez-Ramirez, a male, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in the 9400 block of Adelphi Road, near the Arbor Vista Apartment complex.
