On a cold Tuesday evening, January 31, 2012, the life of Fetzroy Falconer, a Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Adelphi, Maryland. In the residential neighborhood of the 1800 block of Metzerott Road, police responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 6:40 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Falconer suffering from gunshot wounds.
