In the afternoon hours of May 5, 2024, a sequence of events unfolded in Kokomo, Indiana, that culminated in the tragic death of 21-year-old Marshon Kentay Burch. Emergency services were dispatched to the vicinity of East Richmond and North Ohio streets shortly after 3 p.m. following reports of a vehicle collision. Upon their arrival, they discovered a car lodged underneath a parked semi-trailer.
