On May 5, 2024, a fatal incident occurred in Kokomo, Indiana, involving 21-year-old Marshon Burch. Kokomo police officers responded to a crash at the intersection of Ohio Street and Richmond, where they found a red Pontiac Vibe that had collided with a parked semi-trailer. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Burch, the driver of the Pontiac Vibe, was trapped inside the vehicle and suffering from a gunshot wound.
