In the quiet community of Forestville, Maryland, a burst of gunfire on the evening of February 19, 2013, shattered the winter calm and extinguished the life of 18-year-old Aaron Burrell Kidd. A student at Suitland High School, the young man was in a parking lot in the 3700 block of Donnell Drive when the shots rang out.
