Anthony Ray Washington, a 27-year-old resident of Forestville, Maryland, was tragically shot to death on November 1, 2011. The incident occurred in a parking lot along Walters Lane in Forestville. According to reports, police officers responded to the scene shortly after 8 p.m. and found Washington along with a 33-year-old woman who had also been shot. Unfortunately, Washington was pronounced dead at the scene, while the woman was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
