Rodolfo Miguel Cervantes, a 31-year-old resident of Hyattsville, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on May 23, 2014, in Dayton, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 4900-block of Ten Oaks Road, where police responded to reports of shots fired around 3 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Cervantes' body in an outbuilding on the property.
