On a summer day in Jessup, Maryland, a young man's life was cut tragically short in what was determined to be an unforeseen accident. Twenty-one-year-old Wyatt Haggerty of Boonsboro, a promising mechanical engineering student at the University of Maryland, was at a friend's home on Good Harvest Road on July 22, 2017.
