In the summer of 2014, a young man's life was violently cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. Terrell Jarrett, a 21-year-old male, was discovered on the night of June 28th in the 1300 block of Ward Street, suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest and stomach.
