Ricky Tyrone Williams, a 36-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was found dead on July 15, 2018, in Leakin Park. His body was discovered around 7:20 a.m. on the 4300 block of Franklintown Road. The medical examiner determined that Williams had been shot multiple times, and his death was ruled a homicide.
