Jermaine Fowlkes, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2022. The incident occurred at approximately 2:08 PM inside the 'Z&K Foot Mart' located at 1607 West North Avenue. According to reports, Fowlkes was found at the scene with fatal gunshot wounds, and he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter. The Baltimore Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
