Jermaine Fowlkes, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2022. The incident occurred at approximately 2:08 PM inside the 'Z&K Foot Mart' located at 1607 West North Avenue. According to reports, Fowlkes was found at the scene with fatal gunshot wounds, and he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
